VDC was founded in 1976 and is owned and operated by Robert and Nedra Petersen. The main office is located in Layton, Utah. VDC is a full service general contracting firm, providing professional services from the conception of a project through the design, budgeting, bidding, scheduling, construction and post construction follow up phases.
The scope of projects designed and constructed include commercial buildings - retail, office and service, industrial, manufacturing and processing facilities, pre-engineered buildings, public buildings such as schools and government facilities and restaurants to name a few.
